CARDIO SCULPT (M) A step up from STRONG BODY every muscle group will be conditioned using the studio equipment, but the instructor will throw in short, intensive intervals of cardiovascular exercise and/or plyometrics to get your heart pumping.
KETTLEBELL (M) Kettlebells are solid cast iron weights that look like a cannon ball with a suitcase handle.  Kettlebell classes utilize all your core muscles which are absolutely essential for maintaining good health. Unlike any other standard weight training or fitness program, kettlebells reduce the risk of injury because the movements are based on functional movements. A typical kettlebell routine builds functional muscular strength by mimicking movements in your everyday life such as picking up grocery bags, gardening or even flipping a mattress. A single routine will use all ranges of motions so joints and muscles are strengthened from all angles.
URBAN WARRIOR (M) Urban warriors want maximum results and efficiency.  This intense cross-training class includes muscle conditioning, calisthenics, plyometrics and kickboxing at your own single station.  Competition is with yourself, not with others.  We are not concerned with being better or worse than someone else.  Our concern is that each day, when you leave you are a little better than when you came.
MUSCLE PUMP  Participate in this low to medium high impact class to tone, tighten and sculpt your body to a new you with an all over body resistance-training workout. Target those troublesome areas using hand weights, bands, bars, balls, bosu’s and steps.
URBAN WARRIOR (M) Urban warriors want maximum results and efficiency.  This intense cross-training class includes muscle conditioning, calisthenics, plyometrics and kickboxing at your own single station.  Competition is with yourself, not with others. You will receive an intensive total body workout that ends with a rejuvenating stretch.  There isn’t a cardio component to this class, but it is an excellent compliment to any of our other cardio classes.
