ZUMBA  is a fusion of Latin and International music that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body with easy to follow dance steps.
TURBO KICK  is an addictive workout that combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, sports drills, dancing, yoga, and simple dance moves in a fun atmosphere. It is an interval based class that allows participants of any fitness level to participate.
MINDFUL MEDITATION YOGA A unique combination of Hatha yoga postures and Mindfulness Meditation or what could also be described as "Meditation in Motion" strengthens the body and stabilizes the mind.
SLOW FLOW YOGA  Unwind and energize through the discipline of yoga.  Relax deeply.  Let go of performance-based habits which contribute to imbalance and injury as this moving meditation of mindful breathing and steady poses improve balance and flexibility.  Key principles and techniques are presented to help relieve stress and achieve lasting benefits.

VINYASA YOGA  means "breath synchronized movement.”  The instructor will move from one pose to the next on an inhale or exhale. . Respect and relate to your own body through the science and power of linking movement to the breath. Vinyasa flow allows smooth transitions and may vary in intensity. Meant for all levels, with options for beginners
YOGA BASICS  is a foundational Yoga class. Attention is placed on breath and alignment. Releases body and mind, to ease you into gentle, comfortable, firm movements. Appropriate for all levels

ASHTANGA YOGA  is a power style class, that begins with a series of Sun Salutations to warm up the body, then progresses through a specific series of traditional poses. Build foundational postures as well as challenge the mind, body and breath. This class is appropriate for new students who wish to become familiar with traditional poses and those who want to expand their knowledge of poses. All levels welcome.
