STRONG BODY  (M) This is a muscular strength and endurance workout for the whole body, using all of our studio equipment including, hand weights, body bars, stability balls, and the step.  You will receive an intensive total body workout that ends with a rejuvenating stretch.  There isn’t a cardio component to this class, but it is an excellent compliment to any of our other cardio classes
URBAN WARRIOR (A) Urban warriors want maximum results and efficiency.  This intense cross-training class includes muscle conditioning, calisthenics, plyometrics and kickboxing at your own single station.  Competition is with yourself, not with others.  We are not concerned with being better or worse than someone else.  Our concern is that each day, when you leave you are a little better than when you came.
CARDIO SCULPT (M) A step up from STRONG BODY every muscle group will be conditioned using the studio equipment, but the instructor will throw in short, intensive intervals of cardiovascular exercise and/or plyometrics to get your heart pumping.
STEP DRILLS  Some intermediate choreography and some drills to get your heart rate up.

BAM! (Ball And More!) (All levels)    This is a low impact aerobic class that combines strength training and stability work to provide a well-rounded workout suitable for all fitness levels.  Weights, bands and balls will be used.

ABS & STRETCH  This half hour class gives you exactly what it says it does, and abdominal workout and a sweet cool-down stretch .  Perfect to end your workout.
RETRO-ROBICS (M)  Remember Jane Fonda's Workout?  This is a non-stop, heart-pumping traditional high and low impact aerobics class.

PILATES REALIGN Realign your posture using Pilates' exercises.  Ease or resolve knee, hip, and back pain by re-educating your muscles, joints and breath.  At the same time, you will develop strength, flexibility and coordination.  Exercises are designed to fit each individual's body
