CHANGES & ADDITIONS TO THE GROUP FITNESS SCHEDULES

STUDIO 1

CLASS CANCELLED:  Monday 12:10 Express Cardio

NEW CLASS:  Tuesdays at 6:30 pm G.I. Jane  If you need a kick in the butt to get going, this is the class for you!  Designed to take into consideration individual needs and capabilities, this class consist of high energy interval training sessions where participants alternate between different exercises for a prescribed period of time. As well as getting a complete body workout, the pace at which the drill sergeant takes you will reduce the mental burden associated with more monotonous exercise sessions.

STUDIO 3

The Power Yoga classes on the past schedule did not have the same format or guidelines in each class, as they were taught by different instructors, with different methods of teaching.  Therefore, we have changed the name of some of the Power Yoga classes to Vinyasa Yoga.  If you are used to a specific class, the way it is taught, that is not going to change.  The name reflects the individual instructor teaching the class.

CLASS CHANGE:  Monday 5:15 pm is now Slow Flow Yoga

CLASS CANCELLED:  Sunday 10:30 am Slow Flow Yoga

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: If there is a consistent lack of participants to any one class (5 people and under) for a period of 6 weeks, the class will be cancelled.
Cardio Dance Fusion
There is a 25-participant maximum for this class.

A half-hour before the class begins, take a number from Corey and he will admit you into the class.
XLR8
There is a 20-participant maximum for this class.

Please sign up 1-hour prior to start time.

On a beautiful sunny Sunday, May 30th, I brought my family to participate with many other dedicated people in a walk around Malden Park.    The money raised will help to fund cutting-edge research and essential programs that support those living with arthritis.

The Arthritis Society is promoting its Self-Management Program. 
It's a 6-week program that will help you take control of your disease.

On behalf of Lifestyle Family Fitness, I performed the warm-up before the 1K or 5K walkathon.
We then enjoyed the walk, collecting tadpoles, playing in the park and having a BBQ with the other participants.
