Vanessa has been with Lifestyle Family Fitness for over ten years.  Members know her by a couple of nicknames acquired by the way she teaches her fitness classes; my favorite is Spin Nazi.  Don't be afraid, she likes to motivate and encourage members to incorporate fitness into their lives. She lets them know that it can be great fun and very rewarding.  But she admits, she does love to YELL !!
