Penny has worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She continues to teach and co-ordinate the Aquafitness Program at Lifestyle Family Fitness.
Penny has had the privilege of teaching fitness for over 20 years. She continues to teach and co-ordinate the Aquafitness Program at Lifestyle Family Fitness.
As a recent survivor of breast cancer, her new found hobby is dragonboating. She joined the breast cancer survivor team "A Breast or Knot".
She hope to be a source of encouragement and strength to other women.
