Jenny has a large background in dance, especially as a dance instructor.  She has attended many different dance workshops including Flamenco, Brazilian Samba, Afro - Cuban and many other forms of latin dance.  She also has taken aerobics workshops including Tae Kwon Aqua, Cardio Kickboxing and Aqua Step Splash. She enjoys teaching her classes and loves when she see her participants with smiles on their faces. 

Her Cardio Dance Fusion class contains many elements of different dance styles.  If you have never done dance before and burn calories and have fun at the same time, this class is perfect for you.  Jenny's most recent accomplishment was a 2nd Place finish competing in Dancing With the Local Stars in Windsor at the Casino.
