Ernie Del Pup
Indoor Cycling Instructor
Ernie is a retired distance runner with 35 years of training and racing experience. 17 years ago, he started to incorporate cycling into his regime and he began teaching spinning classes at Lifestyle four years ago. He has raced in many duathlons, tri’s and road races. Ernie is very passionate about biking and really enjoys teaching the Saturday morning class. He brings a different approach to indoor spinning--That is, he makes it fun and TOUGH and applies road biking training in the studio. You would not know it, but he has been weight training for 43 years. He believee, to be a good sound athlete you must be well rounded. A more recent passion of Ernie's is martial arts. He participates in Isshinryu karate and has earned a second degree black belt. Along with karate, he has been trained in many other self defense disciplines. Fitness and participation in these activities is a huge part of his life and he enjoy sharing them with others.
