FIS Certification

Sarah Fawcett is a newly appointed PRO Trainer who will be holding Fitness Instructor Certifications at the South Lifestyle Family Fitness location.

Click here for the Can Fit Pro website, specifically schedules dates and times for upcoming certifications.  Scroll down until you see the one in Windsor on April 2/3 and 9/10 with Mike Bate (he organizes it and Sarah teaches it)    If you click on 'Register NOW' it states the cost for the course, books and exam.

A FIS certification will allow a new instructor to teach many different types of classes, with a bit of training:  Athletic Training, Boot Camp, Kickboxing, Power Barbell, Step and Hi/Lo classes.  You could even come up with your own new class.   Remember the best type of experience is participating in many classes and learning the techniques used by various instructors.
